I presume you're referring to The Confidence Man? I think you've mentioned that Ray Earl Fox holds 'some' rights on the show, but I can't imagine Jim signed over his rights on future use of the music?

If the rights were determined back in the early 70's, when they wrote the show, I can't imagine a lot of money changed hands, therefore I can't imagine Ray Earl Fox has control of the music? I could be wrong though.

Agreed, but I don't think he will be able to help himself. The producers are probably constantly whispering in his ear 'we need this one Jim...we need that one', all the obvious 'hits'. 2/3 is in, but I can't see how that fits?

Jim has said 'Body' is in, but Wonderful Toys? Don't be silly, he's saving that for his new lesbian musical 'Edging Into Darkness'!
