| Well, it's been a while since I posted - nice to see some of the old names are still about, but why do we seem to have a new board every time I come back? Are you people trying to tell me something?? Anyways, I am going to see Meat tonight at Bristol City's Ashton Gate stadium (20,000 capacity, 15,000 sold as of last night according to the local press) - it'll be the third time I've seen him live, but the first since the Bat2 tour at Birmingham in 1994, so not expecting too much given the recent reviews he's been getting. Long time posters will know I tend stick up for Meat a bit (hence I absented myself from the board just before Bat 3 was released, as I couldn't see a point in getting involved in the inevitable arguements about how crap it was....hope you all enjoyed those! ;-) ) but I will post a full and frank, and honest review of the show tomorrow. 6 hours and counting...wish me luck everyone! | |
