That's horse shit and you know it. Or you WOULD know it if you ever sat down and thought about it.
The only virus / trojan etc that ever permeate Linux / Mac are cultural / social (and even then Mac shits all over Windows in terms of warning you exactly what you're doing by trying to open an application that claims to be a picture) are machine specific stuff, where the details of the machine have already been 'leaked' (so, social again).
Have you read the details of the latest Hack a mac competition? Fucking laughable.
No, nothing is watertight and bulletproof. They all have flaws and you gotta have an ounce of smarts about you. but if you SERIOUSLY think that mac would have more virus troubles / as much trouble as Windows if it had a larger market share then you're an idiot. There's no bigger holy grail for dickhead virus writers than to write a wide spread and destructive piece for the mythical mac platform, it would get much more attention than yet another face in the crowd of a million pieces of spyware for Windows.
And yet it still eludes them...
