That's an irrelevant if Jim had written Phantom or not as the lyricists who wrote Phantom are little known.
The ultimate What if... IMO is, what if Tanz was translated to English as it should have been with Steve Barton as Krolock and not made into a slapstick farce with Crapford at the helm.
