| More Phantom 2 rumours (see link), with the show now likely to open in 'just' London & NYC at same time, with Shanghai a few months later. Not only is opening on two or more fronts unique (I think), ALW is now looking at premiering some of the songs on American Idol (unclear whether the contestants would sing these or the actors from the show). If anything, ALW does do promotion well, and in turn makes a ton of money, and I really think the Bat musical producers need to conjure up an angle or two, nearer the time. Top of my list would be a casting show, 'Like a Bat Out of Hell' over 8-10 weeks on BBC/ITV with Jim, Bonnie Tyler as judges. | |
